   创业学院是学校统筹全校创业教学、创业实践和创业研究的学院,2016年初成立,依托国际商学院发展,集中学校优质的教育教学资源、管理资源,发掘校企合作办学的机制优势,以“外语+”战略为引领,以探索多语种背景下跨境电商人才培养路径为特色,以校内外创业实践中心(创业孵化园)为平台,以社会服务项目为创业教育与实践载体,以培养学生创业意识、创业精神和创业能力为根本目标,全面系统地开展创新创业教育、创业培训和创业实践,着力培养具有国际化视野,系统掌握创新创业知识和一定的创业技能,具有企业家精神与创业核心能力的外语商贸类优秀创新创业人才和创新创业团队。

浙江越秀外国语学院高度重视大学生创新创业教育,目前已在稽山、镜湖二校区建成总面积4500多平方米大学生创新创业实践基地。可提供50个创业团队工作室、200个开放式工位,能同时容纳50余支学生创业团队、300余名创业者进行创业实践活动。

创业学院和共建企业组建“跨境电商协同育人中心”共同管理,跨境电商协同育人基地与大学生创业园融为一体,选聘有丰富创新创业管理经验的专业人员负责对创业园的具体管理。联合共建设立“杭州普特·越秀跨境电商联创基地”、“越秀·豪雅跨境电商协同育人基地”、“ 越秀·GMA跨境电商协同育人基地”、“ 越秀·思贸跨境电商协同育人基地”、“ 越秀·怡途跨境电商协同育人基地”,共同构建成“跨境电商创业实践基地”,校企协同探索多语种跨境电商创新创业实用型人才培养模式。

2018年与宁波保税区联合组建“数字贸易人才学院”整合政校企三方优势资源,建成集政策支持、数字贸易人才培养、创业项目孵化、双创咨询、资源导入“五位一体”数字贸易人才生态服务体系。对接企业与学校结合,探索设立“四年制”、“22”、“31”、“辅修制”以及“个别定制”等跨境电子商务人才培养的方案体系,实施“产教融合、协同育人”的深度合作,采用企业化管理模式,平台实战和企业经营考核为主教学模式,学校实行学分认同保障机制。

  

Introduction of the Entrepreneurship College


Established in early 2016, the Entrepreneurship College coordinates all entrepreneurial teaching, practice, and research responsibilities at Zhejiang Yuexiu University of Foreign Languages. Building upon the platform set through the development of the College of International Business, the Entrepreneurship College merges both high-quality education and teaching and management resources. By doing so, it explores the advantageous nature of school-enterprise cooperation through the guidance of the “Foreign Language +” strategy. This strategy cultivates proficiencies in cross-border e-commerce through a multilingual training approach. The College lays the students’ knowledge foundation both on and off-campus in entrepreneurship practice centers (entrepreneurship incubation parks), then enforces this knowledge in social service projects in which students have opportunities to implement their new skills, and concludes by cultivating their entrepreneurial awareness, spirit, and abilities to finally reach the fundamental goal of their education. An education with the Entrepreneurship College means a systematically carried out well-rounded education in innovation and entrepreneurship, which focuses on carefully cultivated international business capabilities, all-encompassing knowledge of how to implement innovation and entrepreneurship skills in an international setting, and an invigoration of the spirit of entrepreneurs.

       ZYUFL is able to emphasize the students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education thanks to the construction of a total of 4500 square meters worth of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice Centers across both the Jishan and Jinhu campuses. The centers can provide workshops for 50 entrepreneurship teams, can hold 200 open work seats, and can accommodate over 300 students for entrepreneurship practice activities.

       Due to the joint efforts of several cooperative and successful e-commerce enterprises, the Entrepreneurship College was also able to establish both the Cross-Border E-Business Collaborative Education Center and the Cross-Border E-Commerce Entrepreneurship Practice Base. The Center employs qualified professionals with rich work experience in innovation and entrepreneurship management and works in conjunction with the College’s Entrepreneurship Practice Centers. Whereas the Practice Base, is focused on investigating the methodology of cultivating talent in multi-lingual cross-border e-commerce innovation and entrepreneurship settings.

       Additionally, in 2018, with support from the Ningbo Bonded Area, the Entrepreneurship College inaugurated the College of Digital Trade Talents. This College fuses the profitable resources offered by ZYUFL and the support of governmental enterprises to produce a “five in one” ecological service system of digital trading talents. An education in these digital trade talents will be comprehensive in nature and cover; a knowledge of governmental policy support, a cultivation of digital trading skills, a development of an entrepreneurship project, an introduction to networking resources, and professional entrepreneurship and innovation feedback. Moreover, the cooperative disposition of the College in its implementation of a variety of plans that cultivate student talent in cross-border e-commerce, such as: the “four-year system”, the “2+2”, the “3+1”, the “minor system”, and the “customized system”, reflect the deep collaborative ties between the business sector and the education sector. By adopting a business management pattern while utilizing a dual on/off campus educational enhancement approach in business operation assessments for the students, ZYUFL is able to effectively implement a high-preforming educational mechanism that guarantees a recognition of earned credit hours.
